Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor who is well known for his part in the show on television 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. While in college, he started to take an interest in acting. While at the University of Colorado at Boulder it was where he studied acting. While he's appeared on both television and films it is his characters on the small screen that gave him popularity and much admirers. He has the ability to portray two characters, one from the perspective of police officers and other. This is what is what makes him so famous. He was the voice of a serial murderer in his first television series project however he later chose to play the role that of a NYPD detective. In recognition of his performance on the smaller screen, he's won many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards. The piercing, blue eyes which are said to make him look handsome. They've helped him portray the rough characters in an enthralling style. People's magazine's 2006 list of Sexiest Men Alive included him.
